
Mindful Tennis by T.R.I.N.I.T.Y.
Mindful Tennis is a movement-based resilience coaching program for youth who may struggle with stress, low confidence, anxiety, or emotional regulation. Using the structure of tennis, sessions help youth build coping skills, focus, and resilience in a supportive, non-clinical setting by trained mental health practitioners. Each session includes Red Ball drills, movement-based mindfulness, and reflection, offering a safe space for emotional and physical growth.

My Story, My Purpose
I discovered tennis during one of the hardest seasons of my life, and it changed everything. What began as an outlet to escape the chaos at home became a place where I found structure, healing, and hope. It wasn’t just about the game. It was about movement, resilience, and realizing I wasn’t alone.
Mindful Tennis by T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. was born from that journey. Today, I use the same game that helped me survive to help youth thrive emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Whether your child is new to tennis, looking to grow mentally stronger on the court, or simply in need of a positive outlet, Mindful Tennis offers a session that fits. Choose from one-on-one coaching tailored to personal growth, small group sessions that blend movement with peer connection, or focused mental game training for experienced players. Each session is rooted in our unique blend of mindfulness and tennis-based development.

Partners Welcome!
We welcome referrals from clinicians and therapists who see the value in whole-child wellness. Mindful Tennis by T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. offers trauma-informed, movement-based coaching that helps youth strengthen emotional resilience, build confidence, and process emotions through Red Ball Tennis. While not a replacement for therapy, our aim is to work along side therapists and families to provide a safe, structured space for growth. We gladly refer families back to our clinical partners when needed and are excited to collaborate in creating more pathways to healing and support.
