Mindful Tennis by T.R.I.N.I.T.Y.

Mindful Tennis is a movement-based resilience coaching program for youth who may struggle with stress, low confidence, anxiety, or emotional regulation. Using the structure of tennis, sessions help youth build coping skills, focus, and resilience in a supportive, non-clinical setting by trained mental health practitioners. Each session includes Red Ball drills, movement-based mindfulness, and reflection, offering a safe space for emotional and physical growth.

Every Mindful Tennis participant receives exclusive access to our digital reflection journal and weekly virtual resilience check-ins. The journal provides guided prompts and affirmations to help youth track progress, practice mindfulness, and build confidence between sessions. The virtual check-ins, led by our trained coaches, create a safe space for group reflection and optional one-on-one support, reinforcing the coping skills and resilience strategies introduced on court. Together, these tools ensure that the growth youth experience in Mindful Tennis continues beyond the court, supporting lasting emotional and physical well-being.

My Story, Our Purpose

I discovered tennis during one of the hardest seasons of my life, and it changed everything. What began as an outlet to escape the chaos at home became a place where I found structure, healing, and hope. It wasn’t just about the game. It was about movement, resilience, and realizing I wasn’t alone.

Mindful Tennis by T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. was born from that journey. Today, I use the same game that helped me survive to help youth thrive emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Program Overview

Mindful Tennis is a wellness-focused tennis coaching program designed to strengthen mental health, build emotional resilience, and foster self-confidence, all through the fun and engaging format of Red Ball Tennis.

 

These sessions create a safe and empowering space for youth to move their bodies, process emotions, and grow.

Choose Your Session Type

Whether your child is new to tennis, looking to build confidence and resilience, or simply in need of a positive outlet, Mindful Tennis offers a welcoming and supportive experience. We offer both 1:1 sessions and age-specific group sessions that combine movement, mindfulness, and tennis-based activities to support emotional well-being and personal growth.

1:1 sessions are scheduled by email request and provide individualized support tailored to each participant's needs and goals. Group sessions can also be arranged by email and are ideal for existing groups such as churches, camps, community organizations, homeschool co-ops, and other youth-serving programs. Each session is rooted in our unique blend of mindfulness and tennis-based development.

Partners Welcome!

We welcome referrals from clinicians and therapists who see the value in whole-child wellness. Mindful Tennis by T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. offers trauma-informed, movement-based coaching that helps youth strengthen emotional resilience, build confidence, and process emotions through Red Ball Tennis. While not a replacement for therapy, our aim is to work along side therapists and families to provide a safe, structured space for growth. We gladly refer families back to our clinical partners when needed and are excited to collaborate in creating more pathways to healing and support.​​
