Welcome
The Heart Strong Initiative is a community-driven movement developed by T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. to build stronger hearts through Red Ball Tennis and CPR and AED preparedness.
Our mission is to close the gap between awareness and lifesaving action by equipping youth and families to stay active, become prepared and ready to respond when it matters most.

Adrian Murray is the co-founder of Teaching, Reaching, Inspiring, Nurturing, Igniting Today’s Youth (T.R.I.N.I.T.Y.) and the heart behind the Heart Strong Initiative.
After surviving a sudden cardiac arrest in 2018, Adrian felt a clear calling to help others become more aware, prepared, and confident in emergency situations.
Asan educator, coach, and community leader, he is passionate about creating spaces where youth and families can grow through movement, connection, and life-saving knowledge.

“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”
Proverbs 4:23

Request a Heart strong talk or training
Bring a Heart Strong experience to your school, organization, or community.
You can request a Heart Strong Talk, a hands-on CPR and AED Training, or combine both for a more complete experience. Talks are designed to raise awareness and inspire action around heart health and sudden cardiac arrest, while trainings focus on building the practical skills and confidence needed to respond in critical moments.
Each experience is engaging, accessible, and tailored to your group, helping participants become more informed, prepared, and ready to act when it matters most.
