Service Description
Pop-Up & Play: Red Ball Tennis Experience is a mobile, on-site tennis activity designed for summer camps and youth programs. T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Tennis brings all equipment and facilitators directly to your location to host open-play Red Ball Tennis for campers in a fun, engaging, and accessible format. This experience is not a formal lesson or instructional clinic. Instead, campers rotate through open-play tennis stations that emphasize movement, play, and positive engagement. No prior tennis experience is required. Sessions are adaptable for indoor gyms, outdoor blacktop areas, or parking lots, making this a flexible addition to your summer programming calendar. At the conclusion of the experience, campers receive a handout inviting families to explore optional, low-cost tennis opportunities offered by T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Tennis throughout the year. Best suited for: • Ages 5–10 and/or 11–13 • Large group camp settings • Camps seeking a turn-key activity with minimal staff involvement
Cancellation Policy
At T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Coaching, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To accommodate the needs of our clients, we offer a flexible rescheduling policy. However, please note the following cancellation policy: Nonrefundable Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are nonrefundable. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and ensure that our time and resources are allocated appropriately. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so at any time with no additional fee. We encourage clients to reschedule rather than cancel to retain the value of their session.
