Escape the Stress Workshop

Service Description

Our Escape the Stress Workshop is an interactive, faith-based escape room experience designed to challenge teens in a high-pressure scenario while teaching them how to manage stress, build resilience, and strengthen their spiritual and mental well-being. Through problem-solving challenges, teamwork, and faith-based reflection, teens will experience real-time stress and then engage in a guided debrief to explore practical strategies for managing pressure in everyday life while deepening their trust in God. This immersive, in-person workshop is hosted at partnering churches and youth ministries, making it a powerful addition to a Saturday morning gathering or teen church service. Workshop Requirements To ensure a smooth and impactful session, the hosting church or organization should provide: 🏠 A spacious room with enough space for movement and group activities (fellowship hall, classroom, or multipurpose area). 🧩 Tables and chairs for small group problem-solving. 📺 A projector or TV for instructions and debrief discussions (if available). ✍️ Writing materials (notebooks, pens, or whiteboards for brainstorming). 🤝 Volunteers or youth leaders to assist with monitoring stations. 🛑 A separate, quiet space for teens to decompress, reflect, and talk through stress-management solutions after the escape room experience. 🍎 Optional: Snacks or refreshments for participants.
