Game Changers Virtual Workshop: Capstone Planning in Action

This hands-on workshop gives Game Changers the opportunity to take ownership of the November 14th capstone event. Participants will work as a team to turn their ideas into an exciting experience for guests and younger players.

Game Changers will help shape the event from beginning to end. Together, they will choose and organize activities, plan how guests will be welcomed, create an upbeat event flow, practice announcements and transitions, and decide how to make each part of the day fun, engaging, and well organized.

Each participant will select or receive a primary role and a backup role based on their interests and strengths. Roles may include event promotion, setup, greeting guests, leading warm-ups or activities, encouraging players, managing equipment, helping groups move between stations, gathering feedback, or supporting the closing celebration.
