About the event
This opening cohort session introduces participants to T.R.I.N.I.T.Y., the Game Changers program, and the expectations for the Fall 2026 leadership experience.
Participants will identify personal strengths and values, set an individual leadership goal, complete team-building activities, and explore the idea that leadership is demonstrated through choices, service, preparation, and follow-through.
The on-court portion will introduce cooperative Red Ball Tennis and the responsibilities participants will practice throughout the cohort, including equipment setup, welcoming others, encouragement, teamwork, and breakdown.
Participants should arrive by 6:00 PM dressed for movement and bring water.
