My Story

Driving Purpose, Operational Excellence, and Community Action

As Co-Founder and Program Manager of T.R.I.N.I.T.Y., this mission reflects my deepest professional and personal commitments. When I helped establish the organization in March 2017, I set out to build an encouraging, dependable space where local youth could develop resilience, character, and lifelong healthy habits. My leadership combines strategic vision with the high-level administrative command necessary to sustain impactful community programming year after year.

Behind the scenes, I manage the operational infrastructure of our 501(c)(3) organization. My responsibilities include master scheduling, facility permitting, participant intake systems, and comprehensive grant administration. I identify funding opportunities, author detailed grant narratives, monitor budget allocations, and ensure strict compliance and outcome reporting. By establishing organized workflows, tracking systems, and consistent family communications, I ensure that our programs remain accessible, financially sound, and responsive to the needs of the community.

On the ground, I remain actively engaged in direct youth service. I coach beginner-friendly youth tennis, using athletic movement to help children build physical agility, discipline, and confidence in a positive, supportive setting. To foster long-term personal agency, I design service-learning and leadership opportunities for high school teens, equipping them with practical accountability and mentoring skills as they guide younger participants.

A defining initiative of my leadership is the Heart Strong Initiative, which grew directly out of my family’s lived experience with sudden cardiac arrest. Through Heart Strong, I unite recreational sports with critical community education, delivering life-saving instruction in hands-only CPR, AED awareness, and emergency preparedness to local families and community partners.

Every program I lead is built on mutual respect, high operational standards, and genuine community investment. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about my background, and I look forward to connecting with you.
