Game Changers Leadership Program

The T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Game Changers program is a dynamic leadership and service initiative for high school students who are passionate about making a difference in their communities. This program equips teens with the tools, training, and support they need to grow as leaders while volunteering in fun, high-energy youth tennis environments.

Game Changers are expected to attend an orientation and training session before volunteering and commit to serving at least twice a month. They are responsible for arriving on time, demonstrating leadership, and engaging positively with youth participants. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, as participants collaborate with both peers and adult mentors. Throughout the program, Game Changers are called to represent T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. with integrity, energy, and enthusiasm in all that they do.

What Game Changers Do

Active Leadership

Game Changers are the heart of our youth programming. These high school leaders work alongside our team to bring energy, structure, and support to every Red Ball Tennis session.

Creating Community

From setting up courts to guiding younger players through games and activities, Game Changers help create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where every child feels seen and supported.

Building Life Skills

In the process, participants gain valuable real-world experience in leadership, communication, and mentorship—skills they’ll carry with them long after the program ends.

Leadership Training
