Become a Success Coach

We are currently recruiting coaches for our Success Coaching program. To become a Success Coach, we ask that you have experience working with youth in a ministry setting; or that you hold a certification as a Coach.  Individuals with counseling  and therapy backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

*If you do not currently hold a coaching certification, please apply and we can suggest resources available to help you obtain certification!

We also ask that our Success Coaches are Christian, as our services are faith-based. If you feel that God is calling you to serve youth through our program, please consider joining us!

As a Success Coach, you are responsible for recruiting clients. Coaches will organize and host virtual 1:1 sessions with clients and/or their parents. 

Virtual sessions are scheduled using your assigned T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Google account via the Calendar and sessions are held on Google Meet. 

Coaches are required to complete and submit notes for each session with clients.

Success Coaches will aim to develop goals that focus on building a strong prayer life, navigating challenges through open dialogue that promotes reflection, and building resilience through learning from mistakes and obstacles. Using a strengths-based approach, some objectives of Success coaching are: 

• Helping clients discover their God-given purpose through prayer, reflection and goal setting 

• Creating a vision for what clients want in life and then setting steps/creating an action plan to work towards.

• Working together to highlight the academic and personal strengths of each client and offer support in overcoming potential obstacles
